I think most “AI transformation” is overselling, and most small businesses would get more value from one automated workflow than from a twelve-month strategy deck.
How do you charge?
Fixed-price per project, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. I don't bill hourly. You pay for outcomes, not timesheets.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of the intro call, depending on scope. Audits can sometimes start the same week.
How long does a typical project take?
An audit is 1–2 weeks. A first automation is usually 2–6 weeks from kickoff to handover. Anything longer and we break it into phases so you see results early.
I don't have technical staff — is that a problem?
That's who I work with. You don't need to speak engineer. I translate; you tell me where the pain is.
What does the intro call actually cover?
30 minutes, no deck, no pitch. You describe what's slow or painful in your business. I tell you honestly whether I can help, what it would look like, and roughly what it would cost. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Will I be locked into a long contract?
No. Projects are fixed scope. The retainer is month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
What about my data? Is it safe?
Yes. I sign NDAs before anything sensitive is shared. Data stays in your systems — I don't move it anywhere without written approval. Where AI is involved, I default to setups that don't train on your data.
Do you work across time zones?
Yes. I work with clients across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Async-first — calls are scheduled, not constant.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Almost always. I integrate with whatever you already use — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, QuickBooks, Zapier, custom databases, industry-specific SaaS. If it has an API or an export, it can be automated.
What if we just need advice, not a build?
The intro call is free. If you need more than that but less than a full project, the Workflow Audit is the right starting point.
